Booking / Cancellation / Payment Policies:
- A 50% deposit is due upon signing contract
- Balance to be paid at delivery. (Equipment will not be loaded off truck until balance is paid)
- For your convenience, we accept Visa / Mastercard / Check / Cash.
- Cancellations (for any reason):
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to event: 10% of the total is due
- If cancelled between 11-30 days prior to event : 25% of the total is due
- If cancelled 10 or fewer days prior to event: 50% of the total is due
- A 50% deposit is due upon signing contract
