Shortage must be reported prior to the event or the invoice quantities will be considered received.
If our driver cannot locate the items or get access to the items, the delivery or pickup fee will apply and you will be charged a second time for the return trip.
Charges are for deliveries/pickups during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 - 5:00). Please add $75 for deliveries and pickups outside of normal business hours. Please add $50 for deliveries involving moving equipment over 25-feet or stairs and $35 for elevators.
